Hello there. I swear..really..that after this blog I am going to pack for my trip. I am. I mean..I HAVE to. But really, I would rather lay down on the red line T tracks for a nap instead. Just DON’T. WANT. TO DO.IT. Don’t. In my brain packing is equivalent to painting a room. On paper? In theory? Sounds like a piece of cake. Will take 20 minutes and done. Just throw some stuff in a suitcase and then go sit and watch something on Bravo for awhile. But that is never how it ACTUALLY is. It ACTUALLY take me hours and all I can think about the whole time I am packing is how miserable I am going to be when I have to UNPACK it all upon return. Because UN packing is about a zillion times worse than packing, right?
Are you wondering when I am going to stop feeling sorry for myself because I am lucky and blessed enough to go on vacation with my family and our best friends and everyone is healthy and happy and excited and why I am such an ungrateful loser? I don’t blame you one bit for questioning me.
Now. To answer your question. Now is when I am going to stop annoying myself and instead be thrilled by the fact that after this blog post goes up I am going to activate the “out of studio” setting on my email a do a little dance.
Before that though I am going to share with you the BEAUTIFUL wedding of Kristin and Kevin.
I miss this day. Everything about it, absolutely everything, was perfect. It was held at The Estate at Moraine Farm in Beverly and I wanted to move in. The weather was amazing, Kristin was beyond, beyond, beautiful, Kevin was handsome (and even up for taking a few pictures) and the people and party were just awesome. I love when weddings come together so seamlessly. I feel like it has a lot to do with the personalities of the bride and groom and Kristin and Kevin are just great. We didn’t have an engagement session so this day was the first time I had met Kevin (and seen Kristin in over a year). It was like we were all old friends and we had such a good time. Love that. My friend, Jeff Kobel was with me that day to help out.
Amazing and talented people worked hard to make this day so perfect.
