Lauren and Brendan Engagement

Goood morning!

I can tell you one thing. I have had WAY too much coffee this morning and I think that trying to come up with a bunch of sentences in a row all pertaining to the same subject might just be essentially impossible for me right now. Like, that one sentence just took me about 5 minutes to write because from the time that I started writing it until the time I finished it I looked at the bag of trash on my floor in my office, thought about how gross I am and wondered WHY I couldn’t just bring it downstairs, checked Facebook, looked at a text and then actually contemplated going downstairs to brew another cup of crack because, while it is APPARENT that that would be the last thing I need, it tastes so delicious and I am sad that my mug is empty.

Ummm..yeahhhh. I think I’ll spare you good folks the pain of having to read one giant run on sentance this morning because chances are you aren’t quite so perky this Monday and I don’t want to give any of you a headache.

Instead I will introduce you to my Lauren and Brendan.

I love them. Shocking, I know, because I love all my peeps. But seriously, there is a really big part of me that wants to go camp out on their couch and just be with them everyday because they are two of the MOST enjoyable people EVER. And they’re MINE. (just so you know…I just looked at their word ‘they’re’ , which I had originally typed ‘their’ ,for approximately 4 minutes and pondered how I am pretty sure I have never written it like that before which means that for the last 30 or so years I have been writing it wrong whenever the circumstance called for a spelling like that and I am amazed, not for the first time, at my

Oh. Hi.

ADD girl here. Right in the middle of my last sentence I stopped typing, because thinking of the word I wanted proved much too difficult and I instead just went and, obviously, checked Facebook and then answered about 12 emails. I am back now.

Ok, what was I saying? That I have a boy/girl crush on Brenden and Lauren? Yes. I think that was it. They are just so fun and funny and they gave me a rhubarb pie! I didn’t even know I LIKED rhubarb pie! We met up in farm country where they live because Lauren is a super smart lady who is in school to be a vet. We had a blast and I didn’t want to leave them when it was time to go.

I want to put them both in my pocket. They are too cute for words.
